2. Appointments
Appointments can be made online through our booking page or by phone. Saturday appointments are by phone only. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.
4. Pricing
Prices listed as "starting at" depend on hair length, density, and complexity. The final price is confirmed at your consultation before any service begins. All prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Services
We strive for excellent results on every service. Hair results vary by individual hair type, condition, and aftercare. We are not liable for results that differ due to factors outside our control, including prior treatments or at-home care.
6. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt service or submit fraudulent information through our forms. Form submissions are for booking and contact purposes only.
